As part of the Florida Hospital continuum of care, Florida Hospital Hospice Care offers compassionate, life affirming care to patients who are facing life-limiting illness, and their families. The interdisciplinary team, including nurses, social workers, chaplains, physicians and volunteers, collaborates to support patients and families during this important part of their life’s journey. The non-profit, faith-based hospice is committed to treating the whole person, not the disease and also provides ongoing suppor to caretakers and loved ones in Orange and Osceola counties.
