New Chick-fil-A Locations Opening

Chick-fil-A has been a favorite amongst Celebration residents since it opened. Dave, Chick-fil-A’s owner, recently presented an Economic Development update on Chick-fil-A Celebration and announced the opening of two other restaurants opening in the area. Last week, a new location in Kissimmee opened and Chick-fil-A St. Cloud will be opening soon.

As you find yourself traveling through Osceola County, you will still be able to enjoy the original chicken sandwich!

Wight led the vision and development of the products and services that built CI into one the world’s leading e-commerce technology providers, relied on by over 200 manufacturer and retailer customers across every product vertical and managing millions of product transactions valued at over $3 billion.

Rob was a 2004 finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepre-neur of the Year Florida Award. In late 2006, Wight se-cured $15 million in funding from Internet Capital Group (ICG).

2013 Osceola County Career Fair

The Celebration Area Council in conjunction with Kissimmee/Osceola County Chamber of Commerce will be holding a job fair featuring local businesses from Osceola and surrounding counties.

The event will take place on Thursday, March 7, 2013 from 9AM to 12:30PM at Stetson University Celebration Center

Employment opportunities are expected to range from entry level to management and executive levels. There are still openings for Employers to participate and to obtain more information please contact Dianne James at 321-939-7612 or email djames@stetson.edu.

Classes will also be available starting at 9:30AM. Course titles are “How to Nail the Interview”, “Resume Building” and Sandy Geroux, Motivational Speaker, will also be conducting a class. Each session will be 30 minutes.

About Eric Stump: Eric is the VP of operations for the Diverse Cyber Security Division of S3 Industry Corp. Eric holds a Degree in Network Management and holds sever-al certifications through Texas A&M Cyber Security program un-der the Department of Homeland Security.

Eric will be expounding on the art of ‘Improving Your Social Networking Skills’. The pros and cons of using Twitter and Facebook will be detailed as well as how to promote a business through social media. He will also show you how to protect your network, customer information and business infrastructure from hackers and criminals. He will also demonstrate how your competitors can use cyber bullying to destroy the credibility of your company. The cost is $15 for members and $20 for non-members.
